Chill your glass: Begin by chilling your serving glass by placing it in the fridge or filling it with ice water.

Prepare your shaker: Add the Żubrówka Vodka, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.

Dry shake: Seal the shaker and give it a vigorous shake for about 15 seconds. This “dry shake” helps to emulsify the egg white, giving the drink a smooth, frothy texture.

Add ice: Open the shaker, fill it with ice, and shake again for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain: Discard the ice from your glass or remove it from the fridge, then double strain the cocktail into your chilled glass using a fine-mesh strainer to catch any ice shards or egg white bits.

Garnish (optional): If you'd like, garnish with a strawberry slice or a lemon twist for an extra touch.
