1.35 fl oz Bison Grass Vodka

1 fl oz Pear syrup
1 fl oz Lemon juice
1.35 fl oz Apple juice
A pinch of ground Cinnamon
Chilled Cider (on top)

Chill Your Glass: Start by chilling your serving glass. Fill it with ice and set it aside while you prepare the drink. Mix the Ingredients:

In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.35 fl oz of Żubrówka Vodka, 1 fl oz of pear syrup, 1 fl oz of lemon juice, and 1.35 fl oz of apple juice. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon for a warm, spicy note.

Shake It Up: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until the mixture is well-chilled.

You can prepare the Glass: Discard the ice from your chilled glass, and strain the shaken cocktail mixture into the glass. Top with Cider: Gently top the cocktail with chilled cider, adding a refreshing effervescence. Pour slowly to maintain the fizz. Garnish and Serve: Optionally, garnish with a thin apple slice, a pear wedge, or a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately and enjoy!
